Redis próbuje połączyć się z localhostem na Heroku zamiast REDIS_URL

Mam aplikację Rails, która używa Redis dla zadań tła. Na Heroku używam dodatku Heroku Redis. Kiedy wdrażam system Heroku, pojawia się ten błąd:Redis próbuje połączyć się z localhostem na Heroku zamiast REDIS_URL

Redis::CannotConnectError: Error connecting to Redis on 127.0.0.1:6379

Wygląda na to, że próbuje połączyć się z lokalnym hostem. Mam zmienną środowiskową REDIS_URL i REDIS_PROVIDER na Heroku. I to jest jak mój redis.rb wygląda następująco:

    uri = URI.parse("redis://localhost:6379") 
end 
Resque.redis = Redis.new(:host => uri.host, :port => uri.port, :password => uri.password)

a to mój Procfile:

pomysłów, dlaczego to nie działa? Nawet jeśli zmienię redis.rb, tak, że ma tylko adres URL REDIS_URL, ten sam błąd.
