Mam kolumnę bazy danych, która zawiera tekst w formacie CSV. Komórka próbka wygląda następująco:

Audi,Ford,Chevy,BMW,Toyota 

Chciałbym wygenerować kwerendę, która pasuje każdej kolumny z ciągiem „BMW”. Jak mogę to zrobić w SQL?
