Ppi import clr nie działa w systemie Windows

Question

Próbowałem Pythonnet z pypy na Win10. Buduje się dobrze, ale potem nie można zaimportować klr. Następuje awaria po wywołaniu tego zrzutu ekranu.

Jakieś wskazówki/narzędzia do debugowania tego?

próbuję przetestować z pycharm a wynik zainstalować pracuje dobrze. Może masz problem z pokazem IDE przez zrzut ekranu.
