Mam aplikację VOIP, a częścią silnika jest poziom C (NDK). Przy przypadkowym użyciu aplikacji kończę z ANR wskazującym na "na android.os.MessageQueue.nativePollOnce (Metoda natywna) ".

mabye używasz tego samego obiektu do blokowania krytycznych sekcje dwóch nitek „swoją nić”, a główny wątek (może być prowadzony w Runnable, onReceive w BroadcastReceiver, handleMessage w Handler). –
