Pierwsze ATLAS 3.10.0 skompilowane na Windows 7 64

Question

Mam trudności z kompilacją ATLAS na Windows 7 64-bit i każda pomoc będzie doceniona! Próbuję połączyć go z lapack-3.4.1.
